FAQ for Catering

What is the cost? 

We have items that are set priced for purchase that you can decide how much you want to spend, or we can do custom menus for your event depending on what you are planing. We can also help you decide what would work best for you and be most cost effective in consideration of your event.

How long have you been doing catering?

We have been in the catering business for over 30 years, and have done well over 500 events — some are as small as 50 people, to events for 7,000 people. We are pleased to offer both catering and event planing for a range of events.

What catering events have you done?

We have done graduations, birthdays, weddings, luncheons, going away, anniversaries and so many more.

How far in advance do I need to order may catering?  

For items we have listed, we require 48 hour notice. For events larger than 50 people, we require at least 2 weeks notice. Please note, most guests engage our services up to 2 months in advance of their event date.  

Can I get all requested food items within 48 hours? 

No. We require some menu items to be setup more then 48 hours in advance due to supply chain constraints and the subsequent planning required to receive specialty menu items in a timely fashion to support your event.

What is your cancelation policy? 

On items purchased within a 48-hour window, there is no cancellation available. Contracted events are able to cancel up to 2 week before the event, but the deposit of 50% will not be refunded.

How do I pay for my catering? 

A credit card will be charged upon initial order placement. For contracted catering events, payment options are written into the agreement.  

Is a gratuity fee added into the prices of the items? 

We add a 20% gratuity to all items purchased. For example, if you purchase a platter for $35.00, we will add $7.00 gratuity to the order, and so on.

How do I figure how much I need for my event? 

We’ll help you get that sorted. For small events, we offer item counts, so if you have 10 people for your breakfast meeting, you may want a bagel tray for 12 and and egg bake for 10.  If you have more people, we can just add more trays per event. For example, if you have 40 people to feed, you may want 2-12 count pastry trays + 2-12 count bagel trays + 4 pans of egg bake.  Coffee, tea and cold brew coffee can be purchased in pre-specified volume amounts as well.
